Tip

  • How to get a Data Roam Volume Pack? Simply call 188 from your mobile in Taiwan, or dial +886 935 120 520 while overseas.
  • Pay-per-use rates will apply when roaming without a pack or when roaming in countries not included in a pack.
  • The Data Roam Volume Packs will be valid continuously from the chosen effective date and time in the Taiwan Time Zone and will expire automatically beyond the specified duration. The price will not be prorated if canceled in an effective period. It will not be charged if there is no data roaming usage.
  • For packages charging overage, the overage data traffic will be calculated in full-kilobyte increments and rounded up to the next full-megabyte.
