Consumer Business Officer), George Chang (Chief Financial Officer), Rock Tsai (Chief Information Officer),
Shing Chu (Chief Enterprise Business Officer), CH Jih (Chief Technology Officer), Eddie Chan (Chief Data
Officer), - are dedicated to optimizing corporate governance, enhancing transparency, and prioritizing and

Jamie has served as President of Taiwan Mobile since 2019 as a result of a strategic alliance
with AppWorks, one of the most active startup accelerators and venture capital firms in Asia, which he
founded in 2009 and has continued to serve as Chairman & Partner since.
Under Jamie’s leadership, Taiwan Mobile’s revenues grew by more than 65% while its market share
increased from 27% to 32%. Through collaborations with startups, he has successfully enabled TWM to evolve
into a Telco+Tech group, resulting in record top and bottom lines.
Jamie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from National Taiwan
University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1999 and
has since co-founded multiple startups in Taipei and New York, including Intumit, an AI enterprise
software-as-a-service provider, and Muse Games, a 3D game development studio. Since 2009, he has shared his
insights through his blog, MR JAMIE, and on social media platforms, inspiring fellow founders around the
world.
Alongside his corporate leadership, Jamie is actively engaged in public affairs, with a
particular focus on lifting Taiwan’s importance on the global stage. Since 2016, he has represented Taiwan
on the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), contributing to the advancement of the APEC digital economic
agenda. He also serves as a member of the Executive Yuan Smart Nation 2.0 Taskforce and its Private Sector
Advisory Committee, providing professional expertise in frontier techs such as artificial intelligence,
cryptocurrencies, and cybersecurity.
