Roaming Prepaid Card

― Friendly Reminder ―

• After subscribing to or topping up this product, please ensure that voice/internet roaming services are enabled to top up the Roaming Pass and use this service.
• Roaming Pass purchases/top-ups must be activated within 90 days.
• Starting from December 3, 2024, roaming SIM cards can only be used to top up Roaming Pass products and cannot be used to top up communication fees or domestic internet products. For combined needs of calls, domestic internet, and roaming internet, we recommend applying for a regular prepaid card and then topping up.
• Refunds are not available once the service has been activated. If the service is not activated within the validity period, it cannot be used. Users may visit any myfone store nationwide to terminate their subscription early and request a refund. Refunds are based on the product’s face value.
• Except for free activation hotlines, making/receiving calls or sending SMS while abroad will be charged at roaming rates.
• To use this product, please disable the phone's Wi-Fi function and enable mobile data roaming. If internet access is still unavailable, check that the APN setting for mobile data is set to internet.
• After receiving the activation confirmation SMS, please restart your phone before use.
• Taiwan Mobile reserves the right to modify or terminate the above services.
