Competition Achievements:
By promoting continuous innovation and encouraging practical implementation, Taiwan Mobile regularly organizes activities such as the “Innovation Challenge Day” and “OP Hackathon” to inspire employees to draw creative ideas from their work and expand innovation capacity.

Through a bottom-up approach, these events break down organizational silos and provide a cross-departmental, cross-functional, and cross-generational platform for employees to showcase their creativity. This fosters collaboration with supervisors and business unit leaders, enabling ideas to be transformed into practical applications and future products.
