By promoting continuous innovation and encouraging practical implementation, Taiwan Mobile regularly organizes activities such as the "Innovation Challenge Day" and "OP Hackathon", complemented by proposal solicitation, experience sharing among participants, and technical exchange sessions. Together, these efforts form a positive cycle of innovation.

Through a bottom-up approach, these events break down organizational silos and provide a cross-departmental, cross-functional, and cross-generational platform for employees to showcase their creativity. Employees are encouraged to form cross-functional teams, leverage technological tools such as 5G, AI, RPA, and Vibe Coding, and embrace trial and error and rapid iteration. This fosters collaboration with supervisors and business unit leaders, enabling ideas to be transformed into practical applications and future products.
