Taiwan Mobile delivered robust results in September, driven by its three-tier growth flywheel operating at full throttle amid the new iPhone launch and strong growth in the enterprise telecom business, lifting consolidated revenue by 10% YoY. In terms of the core Telco business, the iPhone 18 Pro series fueled strong demand, with over 70% of subscribers opting for monthly plans of NT$1,399 or higher. This drove September device sales up by 20% YoY. Meanwhile, aided by high-speed home broadband services, our home business revenue also grew by 15% YoY. For the Telco+ enterprise business, the substantial YoY revenue surge benefited from AIDC contributions. In the Telco+Tech segment, momo’s revenue grew 8% YoY, the highest growth YTD. Momentum was further elevated by the strong debut of 3COINS, the latest brand added to TWM’s brand e-commerce portfolio.

On the profitability front, operational leverage continued to expand through deeper integration of AI tools, driving telecom operating income up by 16% YoY and consolidated operating income up by 15% YoY. Coupled with non-operating earnings contributions from equity-method investments and valuation gains, net income rose 28% YoY, with EPS reaching NT$0.48.

Taiwan Mobile announced September 2026 unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$17.41bn; operating income of NT$1.92bn; net income of NT$1.47bn; and EPS of NT$0.48. For the first nine months of 2026, TWM reported unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$149.58bn; operating income of NT$17.94bn, a 16% YoY growth; net income of NT$12.95bn; and EPS of NT$4.26, a 22% YoY growth.

George Chang, Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson, stated that the tender offer for Systex by our wholly owned subsidiary, Taiwan Cellular Co., Ltd. (TCC), is moving forward following the Fair Trade Commission's official acceptance of the business combination filing for review. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, TCC has filed and announced an extension of the public tender offer period from the original deadline of October 6 to November 5, while all other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain unchanged. Based on Taiwan Mobile’s closing share price of NT$124 on October 8, the implied offer value is approximately NT$196.7 per Systex share. Compared with Systex’s closing price of NT$142.5 prior to the tender offer announcement on August 12, the premium is NT$54.2, or 38%. Upon the completion of the tender offer, we expect to accelerate three key synergies — cross-selling, AI and regionalization — driving further growth in our overall enterprise services revenue.
