Taiwan Mobile’s telecom business continued to deliver solid performance in October.  Smartphone postpaid ARPU saw further growth, driven by the robust iPhone 17 demand and upselling via our unique bundles. Coupled with optimization of marketing spending via lower subsidies and channel commissions, telecom operating income continued to rise YoY in both October and the first ten months of 2025.

Taiwan Mobile announced October 2025 unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$15.62bn; operating income of NT$1.61bn; net income of NT$1.14bn; and EPS of NT$0.38. For the first ten months of 2025, TWM reported unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$157.60bn; operating income of NT$17.05bn; net income of NT$11.69bn; and EPS of NT$3.87.

George Chang, Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson commented that subscribers to Taiwan Mobile’s “Double Play” bundles with speeds over 300Mbps have grown rapidly amid rising demand for faster connectivity. More than 70% of Double Play users are on NT$999 or higher plans, with average monthly fees rising over 60% at renewal. To further expand our service footprint, we have partnered with multiple cable TV operators and recently joined forces with Homeplus Digital to extend coverage in Kaohsiung City. As a result, TWM’s broadband footprint increased from 85% to 87% of households, covering 16 cities and counties across Taiwan.
