Taiwan Mobile announced 2019 January unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$10.51bn, operating income of NT$1.51bn, and net profit of NT$1.08bn. EPS was NT$0.40, reaching 38% of 1Q19 guidance.

Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson, Rosie Yu, commented that the combined operating income of momo and cable TV grew by 12% YoY in January, contributing to 24% of total operating income, 5% higher than that of January 2018. With benefits from business diversification and attention to cost and expense rationalization, operating income for all major businesses exceeded guidance for the month.
