TWM announced April consolidated revenue of NT$9.55bn. EBITDA was NT$2.78bn with an operating income of NT$1.64bn and a net income of NT$1.24bn. EPS was NT$0.46. For the first four months of 2018, TWM reported a consolidated revenue of NT$39.85bn, an EBITDA of NT$10.96bn, an operating income of NT$6.38bn and a net income of NT$4.72bn. EPS for the first four months was NT$1.74, reaching 35% of its full-year forecast.

Rosie Yu, Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson of TWM, stated that in addition to the high growth momentum in e-commerce revenue, mobile value-added services also grew rapidly, which helped stabilize the user revenue contribution. Thus, in April, consolidated revenue grew by 6% YoY. With revenue growth and effective cost control, the profitability of the company’s core business remained stable. Overall, if we exclude the impact of the domestic roaming, EBITDA continued its consistent growth by increasing 6% YoY under the basis of pre-IFRS 15 adoption.
