Revenue and profit results for July

August 10,2026

Taiwan Mobile sustained double-digit YoY growth in consolidated operating income and net income in July. The three-tier growth flywheel continued to operate at full speed during the month. In the core “Telco” segment, mobile service revenue rose 3% YoY, driven by higher smartphone postpaid ARPU and stronger summer roaming demand. Monthly roaming revenue reached its highest level in 11 years. Meanwhile, strong demand for iPhones and other premium devices boosted device sales by 18% YoY. By capitalizing on AI infrastructure opportunities, the “Telco+” enterprise maintained double-digit YoY revenue growth for the month, driven by increased contributions from AIDC. As for the “Telco+Tech” segment, momo's revenue grew 5% YoY, marking its fifth consecutive month of growth, while e-commerce services for brands and game publishing also contributed to the top-line growth. On the cost front, we continue to deploy our AI-driven productivity initiatives. 98% of employees have developed at least one RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflow, saving an average of four hours per employee per month. These initiatives strengthened operating leverage and drove structural reductions in costs and expenses. As a result, consolidated operating income rose by 12% YoY. Together with gains from investment disposals, net income increased by 17% YoY, with EPS reaching NT$0.46.

Taiwan Mobile announced July 2026 unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$16.17bn; operating income of NT$1.95bn; net income of NT$1.41bn; and EPS of NT$0.46. For the first seven months of 2026, TWM reported unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$115.38bn; operating income of NT$14.00bn, a 16% YoY growth; net income of NT$10.09bn; and EPS of NT$3.32, a 23% YoY growth.

George Chang, Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson, commented that Taiwan Mobile achieved top rankings in six categories in the Taiwan Mobile Network Experience Report recently released by Opensignal. Among these, Taiwan Mobile secured the sole winner in both “Reliability” and “Consistent Quality.” Its 4G/5G availability reached 99.4%, ranking No. 1 in Taiwan and No. 3 globally. These achievements underscore Taiwan Mobile’s leading network quality as the foundation for delivering differentiated customer experiences in the 5G+AI era.
