Taiwan Mobile was founded in 1997 and officially merged with Taiwan Star on December 1, 2023, marking a new phase of “value” competition in the telecom industry. The company now serves over 10 million users. Through 5G NRCA (NR Carrier Aggregation) technology, Taiwan Mobile integrates the non-contiguous 60MHz and 40MHz spectrum blocks in the 3.5GHz band, creating the industry’s highest 100MHz 3.5GHz 5G bandwidth, and further combines it with the 700MHz low-band spectrum for high- and low-band coordination, delivering fast and stable network services to users.

In 2025, Taiwan Mobile delivered strong financial performance, with telecom business operating profit increasing by 18% year-over-year. Consolidated EBITDA reached a record high, while operating profit totaled NT$21.45 billion, marking a 14-year high. Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$4.77, the highest in seven years, and consolidated revenue amounted to NT$198.76 billion.

With a long-term focus on the gaming industry, Taiwan Mobile is also the only telecom operator in Taiwan authorized to distribute Riot Games titles such as League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, and 2XKO. In partnership with NVIDIA, Taiwan Mobile has co-developed the "GeForce NOW Alliance Taiwan Mobile" cloud gaming service, providing users with a rich mobile entertainment experience.
