TWM announced September consolidated revenue of NT$9.79bn. EBITDA was NT$2.7bn with an operating income of NT$1.55bn and net income of NT$1.21bn. EPS was NT$0.45. For the first nine months of 2017, TWM reported a consolidated revenue of NT$85.41bn, an EBITDA of NT$25bn, an operating income of NT$14.79bn and a net income of NT$11.75bn. EPS for the first nine months was NT$4.32.
Rosie Yu, Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson of TWM, stated that, in September, consolidated revenue grew 3% YoY, primarily due to growth in handset sales revenue thanks to a sufficient supply of the iPhone 8. In addition, momo’s e-commerce business continued its strong growth momentum, and cable TV subscriber base also showed an increase. Overall, year-to-September EPS of NT$4.32 has reached 82% of its full-year forecast.
