Vision and future plans

Continue to promote diverse and equal working environment, hold activities to support employee’s self-realization, and provide various CSR online courses and educational programs to encourage all employees to implement CSR and generate the long-term growth of the company.

Targets for 2017

  • Implement OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety management system
  • Add course satisfaction assessment and when training courses fail to meet the objectives, corrective actions are taken.
  • Offer more employee assistance programs
  • Average training hours per employee reaches 50 hrs in 2020 (including direct stores staff)
