Mr. C.H. Jih first joined Siemens Telecom System Ltd. Co., in 1990, and was in charge of project leader for HO CHI MINH CITY and MEKONG RIVER including more than 50 sites building in Vietnam, right after his graduation from Dept. of Electronic Engineering in National Taipei Institute of Technology. During 1995 to 2003, Mr.. Jih joined Taiwan Telecom Group (sequentially in Suretone Communication Co., Ltd., Taiwan Cellular Corporation and Howin Technologies) and played an important part in network implementation for CT2 and GSM. Under his leadership, the whole engineering team had amazingly reached the target to DGT network quality survey ranking No. 1.

Since 2003, Mr. C.H. Jih was a Vice President of Taiwan Fixed Network Co., Ltd., led the telecom technological team to participate in fiber broadband network construction, network transmission equipment monitoring, and the operation of supply-installation and engineering construction. With rich and excellent experiences in engineering technology management, Mr. Jih lead whole team to undertake the planning and designing for the integration of TFN telecom technological application service and CATV business.

Afterward, Mr. C.H. Jih joined kbro Surf. Co., team in 2007, as Chief Technology Officer, and devoted DTV service implementation, lead Network Technology Team members to install coaxial fiber network engineering construction, broadband network quality improvement, digital TV services development and new generation Set-Top Box development and integration.
